New Church Facility – 40,000 SF Phase II: Offices and Classrooms – 10,000 SF

Project Summary: The Chapel’s original 40,000 SF worship facility was designed to support a wide range of ministry activities with flexible, modular spaces to accommodate services, meetings, and events of various sizes. Key features include an Amphitheater-style Youth Center, a spacious Atrium with a waterfall and baptistery, and a large Auditorium seating 650—convertible to a multipurpose room with stackable seating. The warm, welcoming interiors of the coffee bar, atrium seating areas, and adult classrooms feature fireplaces, dimmable lighting, and comfortable seating to enhance hospitality and fellowship.

Phase II Expansion: In response to continued growth, a 10,000 SF addition was completed five years later to house expanded preschool and nursery classrooms, new church offices, and collaborative meeting spaces. The addition reflects a contemporary design aesthetic, with bright, kid-friendly color palettes, extensive natural lighting, specialty architectural features, and updated technology.

Notable additions and enhancements include:

· AVL System Update (2019) and conversion to LED lighting throughout

· Computerized child check-in stations and integrated security features

· Kid-centric amenities such as a saltwater aquarium, crawl tunnels, glass garage door classroom dividers, and interactive activity stations

Office layouts were thoughtfully designed with pastoral counseling spaces separated by glass privacy partitions. The Worship, Youth, and Kids Ministries each function as distinct suites, with centralized meeting areas surrounded by private offices and workstations. The use of double-height spaces, natural light, and specialty lighting creates a comfortable and inspiring environment throughout the facility.
