Ohio Department of Public Safety | State Highway Patrol | Sandusky Post Roof Repairs

Sandusky, Ohio

Scope: Consists of a 5,634 sq ft renovation of an existing single-story building to update the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The building renovations included the following: remove Tower and shingle roof – replace with standing seam metal roof, rebuild mechanical tower with new exterior finishes, remove and replace all interior lighting with LED fixtures throughout and add heat coil to ductwork for Conference Room. Replaced all damaged roof sheathing, gypsum board and insulation in areas that had water damage due to the Tower. Dispatch console had to be moved to allow for repair work of walls and ceilings and this required careful coordination since the Post remained open during renovations.
