Interior upgrades include all-new LED lighting, mechanical systems, and plumbing fixtures. Exterior work included full repainting, insulated overhead and man doors, new LED site lighting, window tinting, and replacement of damaged wall panels and exhaust elements.
Schmid Architects provided comprehensive services, including site evaluations, code review, design, construction documents, public bidding support, and full construction administration.
