This project involved comprehensive athletic facility upgrades for Western Reserve Schools. Key components included:

· Relocation and Foundation Design: Engineered a new foundation to relocate the existing press box to the visitor side, positioning it behind existing bleachers.

· Utility Improvements: Installed underground electric service to the sports fields.

· Field & Track Upgrades: Replaced the previous six-lane stone track with a new eight-lane asphalt track and installed a new synthetic turf field.

· Bleacher and Press Box Installation: Designed and installed new home-side bleachers to accommodate 1,086 spectators, along with a new press box.

· Site Circulation Enhancements: Constructed concrete walkways providing access to both home and visitor bleachers, extending to track and field events including shot put and discus.

· Practice Field Relocation: Moved the practice field to the south side of the property.

· Master Planning: Developed a long-term master plan to guide the future development of additional sports fields, storage facilities, accessory buildings, and utility upgrades.
