Scope: Renovate 1,170 SF of a former Locker Room into multi-use Men’s and Women’s Restrooms and a New Family Restroom that can be used as Officials Locker Room. New Restrooms are ADA Compliant and adjacent to Gym and the Performing Arts Theater. Design incorporated Marlite Symmetrix FRP panels and integral base system to give appearance of 24”x12” ceramic tiles, but much better durability and easier to clean than actual tile.
