Scope: Project consisted of interior alterations to 1,900 SF of a historical building dating back to the 1800’s with mixed use of business and residential. Extensive demolition of walls and code review allowed our firm to create a highly functional office space for our client. We integrated the latest technology equipment into the entire space to accommodate virtual conference meetings along with new alarm, smoke detectors and camera security system. New wall, floor and ceiling finishes were selected to compliment this historical building, but provide a mid-century modern appearance. Interior brick walls were exposed and cleaned to showcase some of the building’s history. New electrical work throughout included all new outlets, data drops, LED light fixtures, specialty light fixtures and lighting controls. No exterior renovations on this historical building, except to work with local authorities on new LED signage.
