Project consisted of interior alterations to 4,600 SF that was previously a hair/nail salon in entire building. Extensive demolition of walls & finishes in 2,800 SF of the former salon space. Renovations allowed Sandusky Massotherapy to provide (8) massage therapy rooms, waiting area, gift shop, reception area, office and a sauna room. 1,200 SF of existing salon received new finishes, LED lighting, a utility room for washer/dryer and coloring sink along with other modern updates to the entire salon. Common areas for restrooms, break room and laundry room received new lighting, finishes and aluminum storefront doors and windows to provide sound separation between salon and massotherapy.
