Scope: Designed a beautiful two-story event space located in historical downtown Sandusky. Provided a grand central staircase connecting the first floor entry hall & bar area (1,074 SF) to the second floor event space (3,132 SF). The stairs were carefully detailed as a show piece and provide a beautiful background for photos. The event space was designed in a “vintage” style featuring tin ceilings, deep & rich paint colors and chandeliers. Entire building conforms to ADA guidelines with ramp from parking lot, ADA restrooms on both floors, existing stair tower and elevator. The grand central stairs allowed the occupancy to be increased to 100 occupants on first floor and 132 occupants on second floor. This is an amazing space for your next event.
